Child Centred Play Therapy | Trauma-Informed | Neuro-Affirming Support

Based in Ipswich, Queensland, Bright Behaviour Support Services offers therapeutic support for children, teens, and adults of all ages. We provide sessions in our dedicated therapy room or flexible outreach support to homes, early childhood services, schools, and community settings—bringing calm, understanding, and connection directly to where it’s needed most.

Using play-based, relational, and evidence-based approaches, we support individuals to explore emotions, process experiences, and feel deeply heard. Our sessions gently support emotional regulation, resilience, healing from trauma or other overwhelming experiences, anxiety, stress, family changes, bullying, and everyday challenges. Children will build their confidence, identity, and self-worth and leave every session feeling seen, valued, and understood.

Practitioner Who Truly Understands

Bright Behaviour Support Services is founded by Caitlin Pearce, whose work is deeply shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience. As a parent to six children, 4 of those neurodivergent including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, non-verbal communication needs, and hearing support needs—Caitlin understands the realities families face.

This lived experience brings genuine empathy, practical strategies, and a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming approach to every session. Families are met with respect, understanding, and support without judgement.

At Bright Behaviour Support Services, families don’t just meet a therapist they connect with someone who truly gets it. We walk alongside you, helping navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and build calmer days, stronger relationships, and BRIGHT futures.
